For providing a comfortable and safe environment for pleasant visiting,

we would like to remind our visitors of the following:

1.To ensure a smooth and pleasant visit, please follow the notices and instructions of our staff.

2.Smoking and chewing betel nut or gum are strictly prohibited inside the museum.

3.The museum’s collection consists of delicate ceramics, please do not touch any items on exhibits. Any damage or loss will be compensated based on market price. Please keep an eye on your children and ensure their behavior and safety. Running, playing and making noise inside the museum are not allowed.

4.The museum does not provide lockers, please take care of your valuables and personal belongings. The museum is not responsible for any damage or loss of visitor’s property. The museum has the right to refuse any bags or items that may be dangerous. Museum might accordingly deal with the belongings left in the museum.

5.Unauthorized access to non-public areas is strictly prohibited.

6.Commercial photography or videography is prohibited inside the exhibition area. Personal photography must comply with the museum’s regulations, and the use of flash is not allowed.

7.The museum may photograph, video, or record any individual entering the museum, and use their image and voice without obtaining consent or payment.

8.Large pets are not allowed inside the museum, except for working or guide dogs. Small pets should be carried or placed in a cage. Please clean up any pet excrement.

9.Visitors are reminded not to pluck flowers or damage trees and plants, as we share the responsibility to maintain the natural environment of the museum.

10.Elderly or physical challenged visitors who require assistance should inform the museum’s staff in advance for making proper arrangements.

11.Please comply with these guidelines. Any issues not covered will be dealt with according to relevant laws and regulations.
