The production date of this stew pot is estimated to be during1945-1964 and it was made in Yingge with pottery as the material. The stew pot, also known as a covered bowl, is an important tableware for banquets and feasts. Mainly used for steaming and stewing dishes, such as the famous red date and pork stomach soup, Silurou, etc. in Yilan. The lid of the pot is made in the shape of a rooster and is decorated with rouge-red and underglaze blue painting, along with pressed patterns and small chicken decorations stamped with underglaze blue, making it a lovely and rustic match.
